Optimizing your day for maximum efficiency

You might feel like some people have more time than you in a day, but the truth is that everyone only has 24 hours in a day. The only difference is that they effectively manage their time to be more productive, especially those preparing for a test series. You can do it too if you know the proper technique. So if you have also chosen the former, this article is for you.

Tips to properly manage your day

The first thing you do: The first thing you do after waking up in the morning decides the rest of your day. For example, if you check your mobile for email, social media, or game notifications, your day will be unproductive because you will be stuck doing these things all day. So instead, you should freshen up in the morning as it will energize you for a more productive day.

Plan your day: After freshening up, make a to-do list with the most priority task at the top, making it easier for you to remember all the things to do and thus perform your job more efficiently.

The three formula: It had happened to all of us before we mastered time management that we get stuck in a wormhole of daily emergencies. However, focusing on big tasks is crucial. A way to do it is by completing three big tasks daily with a schedule around them.

The dreadful task: We all have a task that we find frustrating and keep for last. This way, we keep thinking about it and can’t focus properly on other tasks. So instead, do it first, and then the other functions will look comparatively easier.

The chunk method: Fix a limited time for each task, and try to complete it within that period. Eventually, you will get better at it. The key here is to group similar jobs.

Whatever you do, don’t forget to take your breaks. So we hope from now on you will become more efficient. We wish you success in life.
